• Field trip to our facilities
You will be able to see our facilities. (Chicken slaughterhouse, Processing plant, Distribution center, stores)
• 3 week training
Our professional training team will teach you about how to successfully manage MOM’s TOUCH business.
• Hands-on training
You will be invited to observe and lend a hand within MOM’s TOUCH store, working alongside one of our accredited partner trainers to see and learn and experience the workflow in running a MOM’s TOUCH store.
Our R&D team, operations support team, store development team and marketing team will assist you with all aspects of running a successful MOM’s TOUCH business.
• 1st outlet opening support
When you open the 1st outlet our support team will go to help you for a week.
After opening, ongoing support will be provided for stable operations.
• Operations manual
We have documented our systems and procedures for the smooth operation of MOM’s TOUCH stores within our operations manual. As a MOM’s TOUCH partner, you can get comprehensive training and support to ensure you are able to confidently run your business in accordance with the operations manual.

• A potential Master Franchisee must have more than 5+ years experience in operating and managing F&B business as well as understanding of site development.
• Prior experience in Global F&B Brand.
• Substantial retail development in the market.
• A potential Master Franchisee must share and follow our core values.
The minimum financial requirements for Master Franchisee:
• A potential Master Franchisee must possess sufficient capital to develop the territory he/she will be responsible for.
